Clams Steamed Egg

Raise the clams in light salt water for several hours and let them spit off the sand.

Boil water in a pot, add clams and cook until they are open, then remove them.

Place the cooked clams in the steamed egg container.

Take two eggs and beat them into a bowl, add salt to beat them, add in the same amount of water as the egg liquid and beat them evenly.

Add the beaten egg liquid to the container.

Cover the container with plastic wrap and pierce a few holes with a toothpick.

After boiling water in the pot, put the container in the steamer for 10 minutes to turn off the heat.

Take out the steamed egg, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
