Cocoa Kidney Bean Cake

The kidney bean puree is seasoned by adding an appropriate amount of sugar.

Then divide the kidney bean puree into two parts, small pieces as fillings, and use the original white color without toning.

Divide the white kidney bean puree into 10g pieces and make the filling for later use.

Add a large chunk of mashed kidney beans to the cocoa powder.

Knead it evenly to form a purple dough, which is used as the crust of the kidney bean cake.

First divide the crust into 30g each. Then take a piece of pie crust and put in the white kidney bean filling.

Wrap it tightly and round it into a ball.

Put it into the moon cake mold.
9.
Press lightly and unmold to form "Cocoa Kidney Bean Cake".

Serve on a plate and serve.
Tips:
1. When adding cocoa powder, add a small amount of it in portions, so that the dough changes color.
2. Substituting coffee, matcha powder, and fruit jelly, you can make kidney bean cakes with different flavors.
