Cocoa Mousse

Soak the gelatin powder in a little cold water, then melt it in water, and set aside

Pour the whipped cream into the basin

Add white sugar, whipped cream until coarse lines appear

Sift in the cocoa powder and mix well

Pour the melted gelatin liquid and stir evenly
