Coconut Ball

Beat the softened butter with a whisk until it becomes white, and when the volume becomes larger, add sugar and beat evenly

Add the whole egg liquid in batches, whipping evenly each time before adding

Add milk powder and beat evenly. Then add coconut and flour, and gently stir to moisten all

Take a small piece of batter and knead it into a circle. Roll in the remaining coconut paste so that the surface is evenly covered with coconut paste. Oven at 160 degrees, about 20 minutes. The surface is golden, and there are slight cracks.
