Coconut Egg Tart

Materials are ready.

Eggs with sugar.

Stir well.

Pour in coconut milk and milk.

Stir well and sieve again.

Pour into the tart, 8-9 points full.

Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Tips:
This recipe can make 13 egg tarts. I had to bake 9 egg tarts in a small oven. The remaining small bowls are pudding!
