Coconut Fragrant Dots
1.
Add the eggs to the sugar and break the eggs with a manual egg maker (the eggs do not need to be beaten)
2.
Add salad oil and beat until thick
3.
Add the minced coconut and stir well
4.
Then add in the sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder, stir evenly, and mix into a batter.
5.
Place a small paper cup on the baking tray, put the mixed batter into a piping bag, and squeeze it into the small paper cup (8 minutes full)
6.
Put it in the preheated oven and bake (I put it in my flat baking tray, so I used a grilling net and put it on the bottom layer as shown in the picture), heat up to 180 degrees, lower the heat to 140 degrees, and bake 20 minutes, the surface will be golden yellow
Tips:
1. Stir the sugar evenly until it melts, otherwise there will be small particles when roasted.
2. The squeezed batter should be baked in the oven as soon as possible to avoid thinning.
3. The oven should be preheated in advance, and the oven door should not be opened as much as possible during the baking process to avoid temperature loss.
