Coconut Hawthorn Cake

Pick fresh hawthorn, wash and soak in brine for 10 minutes;

Remove the head, tail, and seeds of the hawthorn, and cut into quarters;

Put it in a pot, add 100 grams of white sugar, a little water, and boil;

Put it into the cooking machine and beaten into hawthorn puree; PS: Each cooking machine is different, and the ones that do not have the residue to filter need to be filtered

Pour the hawthorn pulp into a non-stick pan;

Add coconut sugar, simmer on low heat until it is melted;

Add maltose and stir fry until the spatula can't be lifted off;

The boiled hawthorn paste is placed in a glass fresh-keeping box to cool;

Let cool, cut into pieces, and dry with coconut paste.
Tips:
1. Hawthorn needs to be soaked and washed in salt water;
2. Each cooking machine is different, and the amount of water added is different;
3. If there is no coconut sugar, white sugar can be used.
