Coconut Milk Cubes

Soak the gelatine in ice water to soften it

Add sugar to the pot

Pour milk

Heat the pot to about 50 degrees, turn off the heat

Add softened gelatin tablets

After sieving, pour it into the crisper

Refrigerate for about 6 hours, cut into chunks, and roll over the minced coconut.
