Coconut Milk Jelly

Soak the gelatine slices in cold water to soften

Mix whipped cream, milk, coconut milk, sugar, and soaked gelatine together and heat over water. Stir until the gelatine is completely melted.

Pour into the fresh-keeping box covered with cling film, put it in the refrigerator until it is solidified, then remove and cut into pieces

Just wrap it with minced coconut, remember to keep refrigerated
