Coconut Milk Recipe
1.
Pour the coconut milk into the milk pot
2.
Add 20g milk powder
3.
Add sugar and mix well
4.
Rinse the gelatine tablets and soak in water to soften
5.
Control the moisture of the gelatine slices and put them in the coconut milk. Heat them on medium heat in an induction cooker. Stir until the gelatine slices are completely melted and then remove from the heat. Generally, the gelatine slices are completely melted at more than 80 degrees. Try not to boil the coconut milk.
6.
Add whipped cream and mix well
7.
Pour into a clean mold, close the lid or seal with plastic wrap, and refrigerate in the refrigerator for more than two hours
8.
After taking out the refrigerator, use a hair dryer to blow hot air around the mold to facilitate demoulding. Then use a knife to cut small pieces and wrap it with coconut paste. Refrigerate for ten minutes and it will be OK
