Coconut Milk Tortoise Paste

Put the Guiling Paste powder into a large bowl, the ratio of powder to water is stated in the instructions for use.

Add granulated sugar and stir slowly until the sugar has melted and the powder has no particles.
If you don’t like to add sugar, you can mix it with water to make the original flavor.
Northerners may not accept the original taste of Guiling Gao, so I usually add sugar to cook it.
