Old chicken has a lot of oil, so the skin must be completely removed, and the chicken oil inside must also be removed, otherwise there is a thick layer of oil on it, which will seriously affect the taste. After that, blanch the water and boil for a few minutes to remove the blood.

Soak longan and wolfberry in water for later use.

Find a hole in the coconut, drill it, and pour out the coconut milk first.

You can put the coconut milk in a large bowl and let it sit for a while to allow impurities to settle.

It's too tiring to take the coconut meat. That hard shell is really hard to get rid of. This will take about half an hour. After doing it a few times, I will probably master the trick. In any case, be careful when cutting it.

Tips:
1 Whether old chicken or black-bone chicken is good, it is best to peel it;
