Coconut Stewed with Wolfberry and Snow Fungus

Soak the snow fungus, change the clean water from time to time, soak until no yellow water is visible, open the coconut;

Put water in a pot, bring to a boil, put coconut, add a small amount of water, snow fungus and wolfberry seeds, a little rock sugar, and simmer for about 1-1.5 hours. There will be a little coconut oil star seed on the surface when stewed, you can skim off any you don't like.
