Oat rice porridge is rich in magnesium and vitamin B1. It also contains phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, pantothenic acid, copper and fiber. It has a high crude protein content and is a grain rice with high nutritional value. Ingredients

Cod Oatmeal

1. The cod is defrosted in the refrigerator in advance, the carrots and celery are washed, and the ingredients are ready

2. Wash oats and rice, soak for more than 1 hour
