Coffee Pudding

Pour the coffee powder and sugar into the milk, put it in the microwave oven at 400W for 3 minutes, stir to melt the coffee powder and sugar

Beat an egg, beat the yolk and egg whites, then pour into the coffee liquid in step 1, and stir evenly

Add whipped cream and beat with an electric whisk. Then sift in a large bowl

Shake off the bubbles. Brush a layer of oil on the mold. Add appropriate amount of water to the baking tray, and then pour the coffee pudding liquid into the mold. Bake up and down at 150°C for 30 minutes, then pour out the water and bake for 20 minutes
Tips:
The mold is brushed with oil for easy demolding. You can dig and eat directly with a spoon without demoulding~
