Some coffee powder is added on the basis of the original flavor, yeah, the coffee tastes very strong~~

material:
200g whipped cream, 100g caster sugar, 30g water syrup, 7g pure coffee powder"

Coffee Toffee

1. Pour whipped cream, sugar, water syrup and coffee powder into a small pot

2. Turn on a small fire and heat, the sugar will melt slowly, and the coffee powder will dissolve a little bit slower. Don’t worry, it will melt later.

3. Keep stirring after boiling

4. As the cooking time increases, the sugar liquid becomes more and more viscous

5. When it is heated for about 30 minutes, turn off the heat, and then continue to stir continuously for a while with a spatula

6. After the sugar solution has cooled down slightly, put it into a silicone piping bag

7. Then squeeze the sugar liquid into the prepared mold

8. The sugar that can’t fit in the mold is not very hot at this time. You can manually knead it into a strip.

9. The sugar cubes in the mold are solidified and hardened.

10. The long strips can be cut into small pieces with a knife and eaten by hand

Tips:

1. Moisture can be replaced with maltose;
2. The coffee powder used is Nescafe, 1.8g bags, 4 bags are used here;
3. The cooking time is only a suggestion. The gas stove I use is the smallest. The softness and hardness of the cooked sugar is just right, but compared to the original flavor, the time will be a little longer;
