Save a small dish of whipped cream and make a chocolate to dry it. When looking at this recipe in the past, I have always regretted that there is no coffee or wine. Until one day, I suddenly discovered that the black pocket bottle was coffee wine. Suddenly initiation-all the snacks involving coffee and wine can be made. However, despite this major discovery, there has always been no chance of implementation. Until this day, I decided to put all the work aside and get rid of the whipped cream first. It has been in the dust for a long time, and finally opened the lid and tasted it first. The faint coffee taste melts into the chocolate, which is also bitter and sweet.

Coffee Truffles

1. Filling: 44g dark chocolate, 15g whipped cream, 6g butter, 2g coffee wine

Decoration: appropriate amount of dark chocolate, appropriate amount of cocoa powder

2. Chop the chocolate and set aside. Pour whipped cream into a bowl and heat over water. Add butter and stir well. Pour the chocolate and mix thoroughly.

3. Add coffee wine and stir well. Take it out and adjust to a thick shape. Put it into a piping bag, squeeze out the sphere, and arrange it into regular spheres by hand.

4. Pour the chocolate liquid all over the ball, add the cocoa powder and roll on a layer, put it in the chocolate, and wrap it with tin foil to save.

Tips:

The heating temperature of the chocolate should not be too high, about 45-50 degrees.
There is no coffee wine that can be replaced with brandy or rum, but it is not coffee truffles.
