Coix Seed Safflower Tea

Prepare raw materials: coix seed, safflower

Rinse the coix seed with water and let it dry, then stir-fry with low heat

When the coix seed is fried until the surface is yellow, turn off the heat and let cool

Take 12 grams of coix seed into a cup (two servings), pour in boiling water, and sprinkle safflower into two cups respectively

Tips:
If you like sweet, you can add honey or rock sugar. You might as well stir fry more barley at a time, keep it tightly closed, and take it as soon as you use it.
