Iced Amber Winter Melon

Take a small amount of safflower and put it in the milk pot. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour out the safflower juice.

Add white sugar, white vinegar, stir evenly and cool for later use

Use a ball digger to dig out the winter melon into small balls, and cook them in the pot until they are broken

Remove and drain the water and put it in a larger container

Pour the safflower juice and stir evenly, put it in the refrigerator to cool for about two hours, take it out, put it on a plate and eat it
