Cola Ribs

Wash the ribs, blanch them in the pot and drain them for later use.

Cut the garlic and ginger well.
3.
Heat the oil in the wok and pour the ribs.

Fry until slightly yellow on both sides, add garlic and ginger and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Put in Coke (submerged pork ribs).
6.
Put an appropriate amount of soy sauce.
7.
Season with appropriate amount of salt and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
8.
Turn to high heat to collect the juice, add the fresh vegetables and stir-fry.
9.
Finally, drizzle with black sesame oil and stir-fry evenly. Put coriander leaves on top.
