Cola Ribs (chicken Wings)

Blanch the fine ribs (chicken wings), rinse them, and dry them for later use.

Put a small amount of vegetable oil in the wok, heat to eight minutes, pour in the ribs (chicken wings), and fry until golden on both sides.

Add star anise, cinnamon, and ginger slices and stir fry to create a flavor.

Collect the sauce over high heat until it is thick. Don't pass it over. Otherwise, the ribs (chicken wings) will turn black, which will affect the color and taste.
