Cold Dried Tofu Shreds

Shred the dried tofu and put it in a container. If the dried tofu is dry, blanch it with boiling water and let it soak for 5-10 minutes.

Put the chopped green onion on top of the dried tofu, add salt, chicken essence, and vinegar.

Cut the dried chili and put it in a bowl, boil the oil and pour it into the chili bowl. Wait 20 seconds and then pour the chili oil into the dried shredded tofu. Just stir evenly!
