After blanching the fresh daylily, it is served in a cold dressing, fresh and smooth, with a delicate fragrance and endless aftertaste. Daylily is a precious flower vegetable with high nutritional value and multiple health functions. Its nature and flavor are sweet and cool, and it has the effects of hemostasis, anti-inflammatory, clearing away heat, dampness, eliminating food, improving eyesight, soothing the nerves and so on. It is the best product for strengthening the brain, anti-aging, preventing hyperlipidemia, and delaying the body's aging.

Daylily Salad

1. Vermicelli blanched for use

2. Shred the onion

3. Shredded dried tofu

4. Remove the stamens of fresh day lily, wash and blanch, soak in cold water for two hours

5. Squeeze off the water

6. Put all the ingredients in a basin, add sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and mix well

7. Install the plate, OK!

Tips:

1. Fresh day lily contains a kind of "colchicine" substance. Although it is non-toxic, it is absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract and oxidized to "dicolchicine" in the body, which has greater toxicity. So when eating fresh products, don't eat too much every time.
2. The toxic components of day lily can be weakened or disappear at a high temperature of 60 degrees. Therefore, when eating, fresh day lily should be blanched in boiling water, and then soaked in water for more than 2 hours, so that the colchicine can be destroyed. It is safe to eat fresh day lily.
3. The cold dressing can be added with sesame oil or fried minced pork, but I hope that the fragrance of it will not be added and it is very delicious.
