Cold Garlic

Garlic must be washed away from the sediment and rinsed clean.

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, add garlic and boil until the water boils. (Boiled water)

Filter water.

I cut the garlic whiskers, it's too long. The well-filtered garlic should be put into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar.

Finely chop large red peppers, green peppers, and garlic.

Add seasoned garlic whiskers and mix well. (Change to a large bowl and mix)

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up.

Pour in the appropriate amount of pepper. (be careful)
9.
Seeing that the peppercorns turned black, I took them out and discarded them.
10.
Pour hot oil into the garlic whiskers.
11.
Serve it.
