Stir-fried Orange Peel

Orange peel.

Shred.

Add boiled water to soak and change the water once a day (cold water is fine) for about three to four days.

The soaked orange peel is squeezed out of water.

Pour oil into the pan and fry the garlic and chili.

Add the orange zest and stir fry for a few minutes.
8.
Season with salt.
9.
Just add some garlic sprouts light soy sauce.
10.
Serve on a plate.
