Cold Sea Mushroom

Soak the sea fungus in water for two or three minutes. After soaking, the amount is quite large, so you don't need to soak a lot.

First prepare the side dishes. You can dice or shred the carrots, and cut the coriander. I don’t like to eat garlic that is too thick, so I only chop a small garlic head. The chili can be put according to the spiciness of each person. You can also use Lao Gan Ma.

The soaked sea fungus becomes longer and cut short. Boil a pot of water. After the water is boiled, pour the cut sea mushrooms into it. It will be boiled for half a minute. If you like to eat soft, you can cook it longer. Drain the sea mushroom and let it cool.

Plate. Add the side dishes, add some soy sauce, oil consumption, sesame oil, and vinegar according to personal taste. You can try to add the salty and light seasoning several times. Stir it well and you can eat it.
