Cold Tofu Rolls

Prepare ingredients, 1 tofu roll, appropriate amount of dried red pepper, appropriate amount of coriander, 1 shallot, and 1 small green pepper.

Slice the tofu rolls, cut the chives and parsley into sections, and put them on a plate.

Prepare the juice, half a teaspoon of salt, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, stir well, and transfer to a plate.

Heat a pan with cold oil, put a few peppers on a low heat and slowly roast them until the peppers turn black and remove the peppers. After that (don't open the fire), use the remaining temperature in the pot to add the peppers, and wait for the peppers to turn yellow.
