Colored Millet Cake Baby Food Supplement Recipe
1.
· Reference Moon Age·
Babies who are over 10 months old and are not allergic to food ingredients· Food preparation·
Formula milk 200g/ millet porridge 100g red heart fire dragon juice 60g/ corn starch 40g
2.
Brush the inside of the mold with oil, and put a layer of silicone oil paper on the bottom to prevent sticking, and put it aside.
*Brushing oil and spreading oil paper are all for easy demoulding. Sisters who don’t have molds at home, directly use small bowls for meals instead of them~
3.
Add the cooled millet porridge to the food processor, and then add the formula milk to whipped finely.
*Millet porridge must be boiled thick, if the moisture is too much, it will not form well. Baby over one year old can change formula milk to milk~
4.
Then pour the stirred rice juice into the pot, then add the dragon juice and corn starch.
*You can replace the dragon juice with the same amount of mango juice, strawberry juice, Sydney juice, etc. The ingredients are not limited.
5.
Stir all the ingredients well.
*Note that there is no need to open the fire at this time, just to mix the ingredients well. If there are lumps during the mixing, you can sift it once, which will be faster.
* Big babies remember to add sugar at this step, otherwise it will not have any special sweetness.
6.
Turn on a medium and small fire and continue to stir and cook until it is thick and not easy to drip when you lift the spatula.
*Remember not to open the heat too much to prevent it from condensing. Don't be too thick when you stir fry, because the taste is not soft and firm after setting.
7.
Pour the thick paste quickly into the mold and smooth the surface.
8.
Then cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
9.
Take it out after setting the shape and cut it into small pieces.
10.
Let it dry to room temperature and you can eat it. It not only supplements nutrition but also satisfies the appetite, looks good and soft, refreshing and very pleasant!
Junjun remind me again, I didn’t add any extra seasonings to this recipe, so sweet-loving babies remember to add sugar in moderation~
