Colored Tofu

Carrot slices, cooked, add a small amount of water to make a carrot paste with a food processor, soak the soybeans for more than two hours in advance

Put the soybeans, carrot paste and water into the soymilk machine, select the dry and wet bean program to make soymilk

The ratio of bittern to water is 1:2. Dissolve in advance. After the soy milk is filtered, immediately add an appropriate amount of bittern. Stir gently clockwise. When you see flocculent precipitation, let it stand for 15 minutes.

Put gauze on the tofu mold and pour all the tofu brains

Cover with gauze, find a heavy object and press for 15 minutes, the tofu is ready

The amount of soy milk is small, so thin slices of tofu are made, which is more convenient to eat

If you don't make carrot flavor, just remove the carrot puree, and the other processes are the same.
