3. The ratio of bittern to water is 1:2. Dissolve in advance. After the soy milk is filtered, immediately add an appropriate amount of bittern. Stir gently clockwise. When you see flocculent precipitation, let it stand for 15 minutes.

Tips:

If you don't make carrot flavor, just remove the carrot puree, and the other processes are the same.
