Colorful Jelly

Wash the red dates, remove the seeds and slice them, put them in the pot with the wolfberry, add water and boil for five minutes

Peel the yam, slice into red dates and goji berry soup, cook for a minute or two, add brown sugar

Add some cold boiled water to the jelly, stir in a small bowl of water, slowly pour it into the boiling soup, stir while adding, until it becomes transparent and ready
