Colorful Soba Noodles

Prepare one potato, one egg, one ham, one celery, one carrot, and one soba noodles.

Boil water in a soup pot, then strip it.

Pick up another soup pot and blanch the diced potatoes in a pot.

Add the carrots and blanch slightly.

Finally add celery diced and blanch slightly.
