Concentrated Cheddar Cheese Sauce Rice Dumplings
1.
Mince the onion and chop the meat into puree. Beat eggs and set aside
2.
Stir-fry minced garlic in hot oil, put down minced meat and fry until white.
3.
Add corn kernels and onion and continue to fry for a while, season with salt and pepper
4.
Pour the rice and fry until the grains loosen
5.
Pour a little milk and mix well. (I think the rice is moisturized enough and won’t spread when rolled into a ball.)
6.
Leave the plates to cool down
7.
Put a little rice on your palm with disposable gloves and press it slightly with a spoon
8.
Put an appropriate amount of concentrated cheddar cheese sauce in the middle, then cover with a little rice and squeeze it firmly, then knead it into an oval shape
9.
Roll in a layer of flour and then dip in egg liquid and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
10.
Fry at medium oil temperature until the outer skin is golden and crispy. (Because the materials are all cooked drops, it does not need to be fried for too long), control the dry oil and then use absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
11.
Dip some tomato sauce and enjoy
