Congee with Scallops, Shrimp and Pork

Soak the scallops and dried shrimps for at least two hours in advance.

Pigeon shredded pork.

Wash pearl rice and mix with a little oil.

Put the shredded pork, soaked scallops and dried shrimps into the pressure cooker.

Add an appropriate amount of purified water.
6.
Cover the lid and bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
7.
Open the lid and add a little shredded ginger, a little salt, and pepper to taste. You can add a little chopped green onion (I just don't have it at home).
Tips:
Add a little oil and mix with the rice to make the porridge more smooth.
