Congee with Scallops, Shrimp and Pork

1. Soak the scallops and dried shrimps for at least two hours in advance.

2. Pigeon shredded pork.

3. Wash pearl rice and mix with a little oil.

4. Put the shredded pork, soaked scallops and dried shrimps into the pressure cooker.

5. Add an appropriate amount of purified water.

6. Cover the lid and bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat and cook for 10 minutes.

7. Open the lid and add a little shredded ginger, a little salt, and pepper to taste. You can add a little chopped green onion (I just don't have it at home).

Tips:

Add a little oil and mix with the rice to make the porridge more smooth.
