Cool Apple Cider Vinegar

Wash and peel the apples, wipe off the surface moisture

Cut the apple into small pieces, don't get too much raw water

Find a clean bottle, sterilize it with boiling water and dry it, and put the apple cubes in it

Then pour vinegar into the bottle, I used brown rice vinegar because it is light in color

Pour into the bottle mouth, you can put sugar in

Then seal the bottle, keep it at room temperature for five days, and then transfer it to the refrigerator for two days.
