Coping with Autumn Dryness-guiling Paste
1.
Take an appropriate amount of tortoise ling paste powder into a bowl, pour a small amount of warm water (this amount of water is out of proportion), stir the tortoise ling paste powder into a paste, let it stand for a while for better stirring, and try to reduce the bumps in the paste;
2.
Pour water in proportion to the paste and mix well;
3.
Strain into a small pot, crush the bumps on the strainer with a small spoon, filter with the water in the pot and it is OK;
4.
Turn on a low heat throughout the process, and stir constantly with a spoon to avoid muddying the bottom of the pot;
5.
As the heated liquid begins to thicken, the thick state at the beginning is a bit rough,
6.
Continue to stir, the liquid feels a little thin
7.
Don't stop and continue stirring. The thick liquid is smoother, the color becomes darker, bubbles start to pop in the pot, scoop up a spoonful and fall from a high place, just when it floats down like noodles;
8.
Pour it into a heat-resistant container and start to solidify while pouring it.
9.
When the pouring is finished, the liquid on the bottom and sides of the pot has solidified and can be peeled off directly like paper;
10.
After letting cool completely, cover the lid and store in the refrigerator; cut into pieces according to your needs when eating.
11.
Guiling paste is original, and it can be matched with honey, yogurt, or whatever you like.
Tips:
The ratio of the two ~ Guiling paste powder: clear water = 1:20, there are instructions on the packaging of the tortoise paste powder, and you can follow the instructions. I have done it many times according to the instructions, and I always don’t feel like a Q-bomb. After reducing the water content, the taste is very poor; after many times of groping, I have personal experience that it is better to have more water than less water. The key is the thickness of the boil. To be sure, I used to turn off the heat as soon as it became thick, but later I discovered that it will become thinner if you continue to boil, and the color will become deeper if you continue to boil it, and the taste will become Q-bomb after a while. This requires more practice, no difficulty, only proficiency.
