Cordyceps Flower Old Chicken Soup

Wash half of the old chicken and cut into pieces. Wash the cordyceps flowers. Two pieces of green onion and a few slices of ginger.

Add appropriate amount of water and two slices of ginger and two scallions to the pot. Bring a spoonful of cooking wine and chicken nuggets to a high heat. Cook until there is no blood in the chicken nuggets, remove and rinse for later use.

Put the processed chicken and cordyceps flowers in a soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water and a few slices of ginger.

Start the soup function for one and a half hours. Add a small spoon of salt to taste before serving.
