I like beef very much, but it doesn’t feel as smooth as I bought it from outside, so I just buy it ready, add some coriander, and go with the horse's hoof. The taste is superb.

Coriander Beef Dumplings

1. Peel the horseshoe and wash the coriander.

2. Chop the horseshoe and cilantro. Add the beef and drizzle with a little oil.

3. Just use a spoon to mix well. The beef is ready

4. Put an appropriate amount of stuffing on the dumpling wrappers and put some water on the dumplings.

5. Make dumplings.

6. Make dumplings.

7. Boil water, add dumplings and cook. Cook until the dumplings float and cook for 2 more minutes. It tastes even better when you eat it with soy sauce.

Tips:

Adding horseshoe to the meat tastes more refreshing.
