Corn Ballast Congee

The corn ballast was soaked in water the night before.

Put the corn ballast into the pressure cooker, and then wash a handful of red beans into the pot. Put the baking soda into the pot and add water.

45 minutes.
4.
When the time is up, cut off the power, wait for the pressure in the pot to decrease, and start the pot.

You can put some sugar if you like sweet ones.
