Double Rice Cereal
1.
Sticky corn grown by parents-in-law, dried and ground into ballast. I don't know how to call "ballast" in other places. The so-called ballast is the granules made by peeling and grinding dried corn. The larger ones are called big ballasts, which are especially good for cooking porridge; the smaller ones are called small ballasts, which can be used to cook porridge or braise rice with rice. The ballast made of sticky corn is especially waxy. My mother-in-law polished this one not too big or not too small😂.
2.
After cleaning the corn ballast, add water and soak overnight.
3.
This is the corn ballast soaked the next morning.
4.
Leftover rice.
5.
Pour the soaked corn ballast and leftover rice into the soymilk machine.
6.
Add water to between the upper and lower water levels.
7.
Select the "nutritional rice cereal" function and run until the end of the program.
8.
Because the sticky corn is used, the rice paste made is especially waxy and smooth, and the corn has a strong taste, so children love it.
