Corn Kernels Pig Skin Jelly

Put the pig skin into the pot, add sliced ginger, green onion, and pepper to a boil. After boiling, cook until the pig skin is curled. After it cools slightly, remove the hair and grease from the pig skin and cut into large pieces.

Put the cleaned pigskin and pig's trotters into an electric pressure cooker, add scallions and ginger slices, and just cover the meat with water. Select the cook tendon button on the pressure cooker and cook for about 40 minutes.

Tips:
1. Pigskin must be blanched, and the grease and hair on it must be cleaned.
2. The time to cook the pigskin is selected according to your own taste. Cook for 40 minutes in an electric pot, the pigskin does not have the QQ springiness.
