Corn Pie
1.
Peel off the cooked corn kernels, then beat in an egg, add 3 teaspoons of dried starch, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and stir well.
2.
Pour the oil into the pot, the amount of oil is about 2mm thick, spread it over, medium heat. After the oil has heated up, put the corn just stirred into the pot and spread it out.
3.
Fry on one side until cooked and stick together without falling off, then continue frying on the other side. After it's cooked, it can be out of the pan.
4.
If you don't think it is sweet enough, you can eat it with sugar.
Tips:
This dish is simple and delicious, but the fat and carbohydrate are very high. It is the nemesis of weight loss. Those who lose weight should eat with caution. I did this mainly because I couldn't eat the remaining half of the corn last night, and the leftover was not tasty in the morning, so I fried it.
