Corn Pie

Material drawing. The corn is cooked.

Peel off the corn seeds.

Add eggs, add sugar, add starch.

Mix well.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat, and spread the mixed corn on the bottom of the pan.

Heat the tortillas on low heat until the tortillas are formed. Use a spatula to separate the tortillas for easy turning.

Turn the tortilla over and continue to fry until cooked through. Just change the knife out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The corn can be cooked or steamed. How convenient is it? If it is cooked, remove the corn while it is hot, and the water vapor will evaporate quickly, making it dry.
2. The amount of eggs and starch does not need to be too much, just make the corn ball up.
3. Keep the fire low during the baking process, and separate the pancakes for easy turning.
4. You can also replace the sugar with a salty seasoning, which tastes good.
