Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Peel the corn on the cob, cut into sections, cut the carrots, chop the ribs, cut the ginger, wash the red dates, and set aside. Boil the ribs to remove the blood

Pour clear water into the pot (the amount of water is up to you, more), add ginger slices, corn cobs, and ribs after the water is boiled, boil over high heat, change to medium heat for 40 minutes

After cooking, add salt to taste and it's ready to be eaten
