Bacon Braised Rice

1. Wash the rice.

2. Clean the bacon and cut into thin slices.

3. Put the rice in the store pot and add the right amount of water, and spread the bacon on top of the rice.

4. I added a corn on the cob, or sweet potato.

5. After the electric pot program is over, start again, pour the cleaned cabbage into the pot, stir fry quickly and mix evenly, and simmer for 1-2 minutes with the lid.

Tips:

It's very simple. It's much easier than making claypot rice. It is to pay attention to the water first, and then put other materials on top of the rice, so that it is easier to control the amount of water.
