Corn Pudding

1. Add yeast after boiling water to brown sugar

2. Flour, corn flour 3-1 mix well

3. Add yeast water and knead into a dough

4. Press into a cake and place in the mold

5. Boil the water and turn off the heat and ferment twice as big, steam for 20-30 minutes

Tips:

The length of time depends on the size of the dough. Don’t open the lid in a hurry after turning off the heat. It will be stuffy for 2-3 minutes.
