Add yeast after boiling water to brown sugar

Flour, corn flour 3-1 mix well

Add yeast water and knead into a dough

Tips:
The length of time depends on the size of the dough. Don’t open the lid in a hurry after turning off the heat. It will be stuffy for 2-3 minutes.
