Country Tofu

Bile tofu, to be older. Cut into small pieces and cook in hot water for half a minute. Drain the water and set aside

Heat up the oil in the pan, add the green onions and stir fragrant

Pour in tofu and run the oil to drain out for later use.

Cut the meat into thicker meat fillings. Heat the pan to get oil. , Add the tempeh and cooking wine and stir-fry the oil slightly, then put it on a plate and set aside.

Put a little bit of oil in the pot, add chili sauce, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Bring to a boil with a little water. After boiling, pour in tofu and minced meat. Stew

Put the chili noodles according to your own taste. If you like it spicy, add more. If you don't like it, you can ignore this step.

Thicken this flour powder a bit more than usual. Sprinkle with garlic sprouts and chopped green onion and it's ready to cook. If you like to eat sesame pepper, add a little sesame pepper powder. The pepper powder must be sprinkled when it is out of the pot. It tastes fresh enough
