Crab Meat Congee

1. King crabs can't be eaten at once. The crab legs left over after steaming are used to make porridge.

2. Mince king crab legs and mince lettuce.

3. When the white rice is almost cooked, add crab meat (crab meat is cooked) and stir well. Keep cooking.

4. Add the chopped lettuce when there is one minute left before the rice is cooked.

5. Stir well. After the rice program is over, add white pepper and mix well.
