Crab Powder and Peach Gum

Soak the dried peach gum in advance overnight, and put in a proper amount of water

Put it in a saucepan and simmer over water for 1 hour

Put a little lard in the pot and sauté the minced ginger and crab powder

Add a little cooking wine and stir well

Then add some water and thick soup

Boil until the soup has melted, add the peach gum that has been stewed in advance

After boiling again, add some salt and white pepper
8.
Add some starch to thicken

Top with a little balsamic vinegar at the end
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
The peach gum must be soaked in advance, selected and cleaned, and then simmered in water before processing
