Cranberry Chia Seed Yogurt

Prepare homemade sugar-free yogurt, dried cranberries and chia seeds.

Take a medium-sized container and spread a layer of dried cranberries on the bottom layer.

Spread a layer of yogurt on top of the dried cranberries.
4.
Spread a layer of chia seeds on top of the yogurt.
5.
Spread a layer of yogurt on the chia seed layer, and sprinkle some dried cranberries on top (you can also not sprinkle, or sprinkle some other nuts, depending on your personal taste.) Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator overnight. It can be eaten the next day.
Tips:
Because I haven't always liked sweet ones, I chose sugar-free yogurt. Those who like sweetness can add some sugar to homemade yogurt, or use commercially available yogurt with sweetness.
