Cranberry Egg Tart
1.
Whip the whipped cream
2.
Add appropriate amount of sugar to the milk and stir to melt it
3.
Separate the egg whites, add the egg yolks to the milk and mix well, then pour the egg milk into the whipped cream bowl and mix
4.
Pour the well-stirred liquid into the egg tart model. If it is eight or nine minutes full, too much will overflow, and then add the cranberry. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then put the tart in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. Those who like to eat tender can bake for a while, and those who like to eat crispy can bake more for a while
2. Put the sugar according to your own taste, if you like sweet, put more, otherwise put less
3 When I made the egg tarts, I forgot to put the Portuguese egg tarts when I saw the cranberry, which made the egg tarts a little sour.
